I'm not sure exactly what the steering committee had in mind, whether you say, let's look at it again next week, but it seems to me, even though I think you're right in saying that we're not embarking on a comprehensive review of the Standing Orders here, nonetheless, we'll find as we get into it that one thing is connected to another and that you end up, if not in a comprehensive review of the Standing Orders, in a “semi-comprehensive” review.
