(3) Where, pursuant to section 65 of the Unemployment Insurance Act, an employee is disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits in any week during a transitional assistance benefit period, then notwithstanding the provisions of section 9, the amount of transitional assistance benefits payable shall not be greater than the amount that would have been paid if the disqualification had not been imposed and the unemployment insurance benefits had been fully paid.
(3) Lorsque, en conformité de l’article 65 de la Loi sur l’assurance-chômage, un employé est exclu du bénéfice des prestations de l’assurance-chômage pour toute semaine au cours d’une période d’allocation d’aide de transition, le montant des allocations d’aide de transition payable ne doit pas, nonobstant les dispositions de l’article 9, dépasser le montant qui aurait été payé si l’exclusion n’avait pas été imposée et si les prestations d’assurance-chômage avaient été intégralement payées.
