Quite frankly, I would say to companies, as a former CEO, I would much rather hold the destiny of my labour agreements in my own hands through voluntary arbitration with an arbitrator that I pick than, essentially, roll the dice and let a body in Ottawa determine how important issues like pensions are going to be decided for the future of my company.
