(2) Binnen zwei Wochen ab dem Datum der Antragstellung oder gegebenenfalls ab dem Datum, zu dem die Kommission im Besitz der Übersetzung des Antrags ist – je nachdem, welcher Zeitpunkt später liegt –, bestätigt die Kommission den Erhalt des Antrags und setzt den Mitgliedstaat davon in Kenntnis, welche zusätzlichen Informationen sie noch benötigt, um den Antrag zu bewerten.
2. Within two weeks of the date of submission of the application, or, where applicable, of the date on which the Commission is in possession of the translation of the application, whichever is the later, the Commission shall acknowledge receipt of the application and inform the Member State of any additional information it requires in order to assess the application.
