Die Mitgliedstaaten haben sicherzustellen, dass sämtliche aus diesem Fonds geförderten Maßnahmen mit dem Acquis der Union im Bereich Asyl und Einwanderung vereinbar sind, selbst wenn die betreffenden Maßnahmen für sie nicht bindend oder ihnen gegenüber nicht anwendbar sind.
Member States shall ensure that all actions financed by the Fund are compatible with the acquis of the Union in the areas of asylum and immigration, even if they are not bound by associated measures or subject to their application.
