(4) Hat innerhalb der in Absatz 3 Unterabsatz 3 genannten Frist von drei Monaten eine der betroffenen Aufsichtsbehörden gemäß Artikel 19 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 1094/2010 die EIOPA mit der Angelegenheit befasst, so vertagen die betroffenen Aufsichtsbehörden ihre gemeinsame Entscheidung in Erwartung einer Entscheidung der EIOPA gemäß Artikel 19 Absatz 3 der genannten Verordnung und treffen ihre gemeinsame Entscheidung im Einklang mit der Entscheidung der EIOPA.
