(1) Vorbehaltlich Artikel 567 wird die Ausbeute gemäß der Begriffsbestimmung in Artikel 114 Absatz 2 Buchstabe e) des Zollkodex oder die Art der Festsetzung des Ausbeutesatzes im Sinne des Artikels 119 des Zollkodex so weit wie möglich anhand der tatsächlichen Verhältnisse bestimmt, unter denen sich der Veredelungsvorgang vollzieht oder vollziehen soll; sie muß in der Geschäftsbuchführung des Veredelers nachprüfbar sein.
1. Subject to Article 567, the rate of yield as defined in Article 114 (2) (e) of the Code or the method of determining such rate referred to in Article 119 of the Code shall as far as possible be set on the basis of production data and shall be identifiable in the records of the operator's undertaking.
