B. das Holistic Balance Sheet (HBS), nur für sinnvoll, wenn sich deren Anwendung auf der Grundlage einer soliden Folgenabschätzung in praktischer Hinsicht als realistisch und in Bezug auf Kosten und Nutzen als effizient erweist, insbesondere angesichts der Vielfalt von IORPs innerhalb von Mitgliedstaaten und in den Mitgliedstaaten insgesamt; betont, dass bei einer Weiterentwicklung von Varianten zu Solvency II oder HBS nicht angestrebt werden darf, Vorschriften nach dem Muster von Solvency II einzuführen;

Considers the further development at the EU level of solvency models, such as the Holistic Balance Sheet (HBS), to be useful only if their application, on the basis of solid impact analysis, proves to be realistic in practical terms and effective in terms of costs and benefits, particularly given the diversity of IORPs within and across Member States; emphasises that any further development of variations of Solvency II or HBS must not aim to introduce Solvency II-style provisions;
