C. in der Erwägung, daß die Forstwirtschaft angesichts der Zahl der durch den Wind abgeknickten und entwurzelten Bäume über einen Holzvorrat verfügt, wie er sonst in drei bis vier Jahren der normalen Nutzung anfällt, wodurch die Preise so stark sinken, daß sie manchmal noch unter den Kosten für die Wiederherstellung der geschädigten Waldparzellen liegen,
