"Übereinkommen" das Internationale Übereinkommen von 1974 zum Schutz des menschlichen Lebens auf See (Solas 1974), das Internationale Freibord-Übereinkommen von 1966 (LL 66), das Internationale Schiffsvermessungs-Übereinkommen von 1969 und das Internationale Übereinkommen von 1973 zur Verhütung der Meeresverschmutzung durch Schiffe, geändert durch das Protokoll von 1978, (Marpol 73/78) in ihren jeweils geltenden Fassungen sowie die diesbezüglichen rechtlich bindenden Codes im Rahmen der Internationalen Seeschifffahrtsorganisation (IMO) zusammen mit den zugehörigen Protokollen und Änderungen in ihren jeweils geltenden Fassungen;
"Conventions" means the 1974 International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (1974 SOLAS), the 1966 International Convention on Load Lines (LL 66), the 1969 International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, and the 1973 International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships, as amended by the 1978 Protocol relating thereto (MARPOL 73/78), in their up-to-date versions, and related codes of mandatory status adopted in the framework of the International Maritime Organisation (IMO), together with Protocols and amendments thereto in their up-to-date versions;
