The three projects on the afternoon's agenda – the Cap Sciences scientific and technical resource centre in Bordeaux, the Rhodia Laboratory of the Future and the Saige housing estate in Pessac - confirm the diverse nature of the requirements of the French regions and the potential for success of areas long affected, provided that the focus is placed on the key factors of future competitiveness – innovation, NITCs, research and development – and on the benefits of public-private partnership.
