An der Konferenz nehmen mehr als hundert Teilnehmer aus zwölf Ländern teil. Zu den Referenten zählen Vertreter polnischer Ministerien, Woiwodschaftsmarschälle, der Stadtpräsident von Olsztyn, Vertreter des Europäischen Parlaments, des Ausschusses der Regionen und der teilnehmenden Länder.
Over one hundred participants from twelve countries are taking part in the conference while speakers include Polish ministerial representatives, Marshals, the president of the City of Olsztyn, representatives of the European Parliament, the Committee of the Regions and representatives from the participating countries.
