7. fordert, dass Südafrika die Beziehungen zwischen der SADC (Entwicklungsgemeinschaft des Südlichen Afrika), der SACU (Südafrikanische Zollunion) und dem TDCA (Handels-, Entwicklungs- und Kooperationsabkommen) im Hinblick auf die Konzeption einer geordneteren regionalen Entwicklungspolitik klärt; fordert die Kommission auf, die EU-Politik bezüglich der SADC, der SACU und dem TDCA unter Berücksichtigung der WPA-Verhandlungen klarzustellen;
