22. betont in diesem Zusammenhang, dass die zugesagte 1 Milliarde Euro ausgeführt werden sollte, ohne vormals als Infrastrukturhilfe ausgewiesene Beihilfen zu handelsbezogenen Hilfen umzuwidmen und ohne die zur Unterstützung der von der Zuckermarktreform betroffenen AKP-Länder vorgeschlagenen 190 Mio. EUR pro Jahr als Teil des 1-Milliarde-Euro-Pakets zu betrachten;

Stresses, in this regard, that the EUR 1 000 000 000 pledge should be implemented without resorting to either the relabelling as TRA of aid formerly classified as infrastructure or the inclusion as part of the EUR 1 000 000 000 package of the proposed EUR 190 000 000 a year in support towards ACP countries affected by the sugar reform;
