F. in der Erwägung, dass in Zeiten klammer Staatskassen, von denen vor allem kulturelle und künstlerische Aktivitäten sowie Bildung und Sport betroffen sind, das finanzielle und soziale Engagement von Stiftungen unerlässlich ist, wobei Stiftungen staatliches Handeln zum Gemeinwohl lediglich unterstützen, aber nicht ersetzen können;
F. whereas, in a time of tight national budgets, particularly for cultural and artistic activities, education and sport, the financial and social commitment of foundations is essential, although they can only complement, and cannot replace, the state in the pursuit of public benefit purposes;
