13. hält inzwischen, da dafür ein genauer und transparenter Zeitplan vorliegt, die Zusicherungen für glaubwürdig, die die Umsetzung der vom Parlament angestrebten Grundsätze betreffen, was die allmähliche Abschaffung der BAT angeht, die Auflistung der delegierbaren Aufgaben und die Einrichtung der Dezentralen Referate für die Durchführung (UDE) unter Leitung von Statutspersonal der Kommission unter deren direkter Verantwortung;

Considers that the assurances given in connection with the implementation of the principles advocated by Parliament, namely the phasing-out of the TAOs, the drawing up of a list of tasks that may be delegated, and the setting up of Decentralised Implementation Units (DIUs) supervised by regular staff from the Commission, who come under its authority, are now credible in that they are covered by a precise and transparent timetable;
