1. Das zentrale Visa-Informationssystem, die nationale Schnittstelle in jedem Mitgliedstaat und die Kommunikationsinfrastruktur zwischen dem zentralen Visa-Informationssystem und den nationalen Schnittstellen werden von der Kommission baldmöglichst nach Inkrafttreten dieser Verordnung aufgebaut, einschließlich der Funktionen für die Verarbeitung der biometrischen Daten nach Artikel 3 Absatz 1 Buchstabe c.
