In Übereinstimmung mit Artikel 2 der Richtlinie 92/51/EWG gelten die Bestimmungen der genannten Richtlinie nicht für Tätigkeiten, die Gegenstand einer in Anhang A aufgeführten Richtlinie sind, einschließlich der in Anhang B genannten Richtlinien, die für die Ausübung dieser Tätigkeiten in abhängiger Beschäftigung gelten, auch wenn ein Staatsangehöriger eines Mitgliedstaates einen der "besonders strukturierten Bildungs- und Ausbildungsgänge", auf die Anhang D Bezug nimmt, abgeschlossen hat.
Whereas in accordance with Article 2 of Directive 92/51/EEC the provisions of that Directive are not applicable to activities covered by any of the Directives listed in Annex A thereto, including the Directives made applicable to the pursuit as an employed person of the activities listed in Annex B, even if a national of a Member State has completed one of the 'courses having a special structure' referred to in Annex D;
