Dies ist insbesondere an der Einführung des neuen Projekts ,Projet d'Action personnalisée" (,Personenbezogenes Aktionsprojekt"), der Schaffung der ,Beschäftigungsprämie" oder am Ausbau des Programms ,Trajet d'Accès à l'Emploi" (,Weg zur Beschäftigung - Trace) abzulesen, das sich an besonders gefährdete Jugendliche wendet.
