Diese 100 ECU/t entsprechen nämlich genau dem Zollsatz von 20 %, der derzeit bei der Einfuhr von Dollarbananen in die EG erhoben wird. Die einzige Ausnahme ist Deutschland, dem im Bananenprotokoll ein Kontingent für die zollfreie Einfuhr von Bananen aus der Dollarzone eingeräumt wurde. iii) All denen, die einen starken Anstieg der Preise für Dollar-bananen infolge des Ratsbeschlusses voraussagen, möchte ich sagen, daß die in den Beneluxländern verkauften Dollarbananen, wo ein Zollsatz von 20 % gilt, nicht teurer sind als die zollfrei nach Deutschland eingeführten.
