K. in der Erwägung, dass in den Artikeln 8, 9, 10, 19 und 21 der Charta der Grundrechte der Europäischen Union sowie in der einschlägigen Rechtsprechung des EuGH die Bedeutung der sozialen Grundrechte anerkannt wird, woraus deutlich wird, dass diese Rechte – und insbesondere die Gewerkschaftsrechte, das Streikrecht, das Vereinigungsrecht und das Versammlungsrecht – ebenso geschützt werden müssen wie die anderen in der Charta anerkannten Grundrechte;
K. whereas the importance of social fundamental rights is acknowledged in Articles 8, 9, 10, 19 and 21 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, as it is in the case law of the CJEU, thus underscoring the fact that those rights, and in particular trade union rights, the right to strike, right of association and right of assembly, must be given the same safeguards as the other fundamental rights acknowledged by the Charter;
