Die Öffentlichkeit erhält durch die neue Arena, insbesondere dank ihrer Multifunktionalität, einen besseren Zugang zu Sport und Kultur, zumal Kapazitäten und/oder andere adäquate Einrichtungen für Sport- und Kulturveranstaltungen in Kopenhagen fehlen. Insofern nimmt die Stadt Kopenhagen, indem sie das Arena-Projekt ermöglicht und dadurch weitere kulturelle, musikalische und sportliche Veranstaltungen in die Stadt holt, ihre Aufgabe gegenüber der Öffentlichkeit wahr.
As the arena will ensure the general public's increased access and practice to sport and culture, particularly considering the arena's multifunctional character and lack of capacity and/or adequate other facilities for sports and cultural events in Copenhagen, the City of Copenhagen will be fulfilling its responsibility to the general public by making the arena project possible and thereby attracting additional cultural, musical and sports events to Copenhagen.
