54. weist mit Nachdruck darauf hin, dass sich die landwirtschaftliche Entwicklung in erster Linie auf das Recht auf Nahrung und das Recht, Nahrungsmittel zu erzeugen, gründen muss, damit allen Menschen zu dem Recht auf eine unbedenkliche, nahrhafte und ihrer Kultur angemessene Nahrung, produziert durch ökologisch vernünftige und nachhaltige Methoden in selbstbestimmter landwirtschaftlicher Struktur, verholfen wird;

Emphasises that agricultural development must be based primarily on the right to food and the right to produce food, enabling all people to have the right to safe, nutritious and culturally appropriate food produced using environmentally sound and sustainable methods in an autonomous farming structure;
