In interpreting and implementing the provisions of Article 32(1)(d) of the Agreement, the ACP States have expressed their determination to be guided by the principles and the provisions of the OAU Resolution on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and their Disposal in Africa as contained in AHG 182 (XXV).
Im Hinblick auf die Auslegung und Durchführung des Artikels 32 Absatz 1 Buchstabe d des Abkommens haben die AKP-Staaten ihre Entschlossenheit bekundet, sich an den Grundsätzen und Bestimmungen der in Dokument AHG 182 (XXV) enthaltenen Entschließung der OAU über die Kontrolle der grenzüberschreitenden Verbringung von gefährlichen Abfällen und ihrer Entsorgung in Afrika zu orientieren.
