‘person involved’ means the owner, a member of the crew, the operator of the aircraft involved in an accident or serious incident; any person involved in the maintenance, design, manufacture of that aircraft or in the training of its crew; any person involved in the provision of air traffic control, flight information or aerodrome services, who have provided services for the aircraft; staff of the national civil aviation authority; or staff of EASA;
„beteiligte Person“ den Eigentümer, ein Mitglied der Besatzung, den Betreiber des Luftfahrzeugs, das an einem Unfall oder einer schweren Störung beteiligt ist; eine Person, die an der Instandhaltung, dem Entwurf, der Herstellung dieses Luftfahrzeugs oder an der Ausbildung der Besatzung beteiligt ist, oder eine Person, die an der Erbringung von Flugverkehrskontroll-, Fluginformations- oder Flughafendiensten beteiligt ist und Dienste für das Luftfahrtzeug erbracht hat; ein Mitarbeiter der nationalen Zivilluftfahrtbehörde oder ein Mitarbeiter der EASA;
