F. in der Erwägung, dass die Verstümmelung weiblicher Genitalien häufig zu Hause unter schlechten, unhygienischen Bedingungen und meist ohne Betäubung und medizinisches Wissen durchgeführt wird und vielfältige sehr schwere und häufig irreparable Folgen für die physische und psychische Gesundheit der Frauen und Mädchen hat und ihrer sexuellen und reproduktiven Gesundheit schadet oder sogar tödlich endet;
