The agreement on dumping, namely, the Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the 1994 Anti-Dumping Agreement’), contains detailed rules, relating in particular to the calculation of dumping, procedures for initiating and pursuing an investigation, including the establishment and treatment of the facts, the imposition of provisional measures, the imposition and collection of anti-dumping duties, the duration and review of anti-dumping measures and the public disclosure of information relating to anti-dumping investigations.
Das Antidumping-Übereinkommen, also das Übereinkommen zur Durchführung des Artikels VI des Allgemeinen Zoll- und Handelsabkommens 1994 (nachstehend „Antidumping-Übereinkommen 1994“ genannt), enthält ausführliche Regeln, insbesondere für die Berechnung des Dumpings, die Verfahren zur Einleitung und Durchführung der Untersuchung, einschließlich der Ermittlung und der Auswertung der Tatsachen, die Einführung vorläufiger Maßnahmen, die Einführung und die Vereinnahmung von Antidumpingzöllen, die Geltungsdauer und die Überprüfung von Antidumpingmaßnahmen sowie die Unterrichtung über Informationen im Zusammenhang mit Antidumpinguntersuchungen.
