1. The manager of the MMF shall establish, implement and apply procedures and exercise all due diligence to identify the number of investors in a MMF, their needs and behaviour, the amount of their holdings with a view to correctly anticipate the effect of concurrent redemptions by several investors, taking into account at least the type of investor, the number of shares in the fund owned by a single investor and the evolution of inflows and outflows .
(1) Um die Anzahl der Anleger des Geldmarktfonds, ihre Bedürfnisse und ihr Verhalten sowie die Höhe ihrer Anteile zu ermitteln und dadurch die Auswirkungen gleichzeitiger Anteilsrückgaben durch mehrere Anleger korrekt zu antizipieren, richtet der Geldmarktfondsverwalter Verfahren ein, setzt sie um und wendet sie an und lässt gebührende Sorgfalt walten, wobei er mindestens die Anlegerkategorie, die Anzahl der Anteile eines einzelnen Anlegers am Fonds und die Entwicklung der Zu- und Abflüsse berücksichtigt .
