The Commission’s examination of the proposed transaction showed that the horizontal overlaps between the activities of Merlin and Tussaud's in the theme/amusement parks, zoos and visitor attractions are limited to the United Kingdom, more particularly to South East England as regards theme/amusement parks and zoos and London with respect to visitors attractions.
