The EIB shall not undertake any financing operation through jurisdictions which are classified as "tax havens" according to OECD standards or which are not in line with the dynamic provisions on automatic exchange of information as laid down in the Council Directive 2003/48/EC of 3 June 2003 on taxation of savings income in the form of interest payments.
Die EIB wickelt keine Finanzoperationen über Länder oder Gebiete ab, die den Normen der OECD zufolge als „Steueroasen“ eingestuft werden oder die nicht den dynamischen Vorschriften über den automatischen Informationsaustausch genügen, die in der Richtlinie 2003/48/EG des Rates vom 3. Juni 2003 über die Besteuerung von Zinserträgen enthalten sind.
