If the competent authority performing the ramp inspection is not satisfied that corrective action will be carried out before the flight, it shall ground the aircraft until the hazard is removed and shall immediately inform the competent authorities of the operator concerned and of the State of registration of the aircraft.
Ist die zuständige Behörde, die die Vorfeldinspektion durchführt, nicht davon überzeugt, dass vor dem Abflug eine Mängelbehebung vorgenommen wird, so spricht sie ein Flugverbot für das Luftfahrzeug aus, bis die Gefahr beseitigt ist, und unterrichtet unverzüglich die zuständigen Behörden des betreffenden Betreibers und des Eintragungsstaats des Luftfahrzeugs.
