Um die Anforderung der Europäischen Blinden-Union zu erfuellen und künftige Mißverständnisse auszuschließen, ist es wünschenswert, die Beschreibung der Rändelung der 50-Cent- sowie der 10-Cent-Münze von "grob geriffelt" in "Randprägung mit feiner Wellenstruktur" zu ändern, da diese Formulierung besser die Rändelung beschreibt, der die Europäische Blinden-Union ursprünglich für die beiden Münzen zugestimmt hatte.
