As for the argument raised by CFF that the implementation of the measures described above in favour of SNCM involves a serious risk of eliminating its main competitor on the mainland France-Corsica market, namely CFF, the French authorities submit that, having regard to the current structure of the market on which CFF is in the majority, the maintenance of a competitive structure depends on the authorisation of SNCM’s restructuring plan and the presence of the latter on the market in question.
Zum Vorbringen von CFF, die Umsetzung der beschriebenen Maßnahmen zugunsten der SNCM berge die ernsthafte Gefahr, dass ihr Hauptwettbewerber vom Markt für Verbindungen vom französischen Festland nach Korsika verschwinden würde, machen die französischen Behörden geltend, dass die Aufrechterhaltung einer Wettbewerbsstruktur angesichts des derzeitigen Gefüges dieses Marktes, auf dem CFF der größte Wettbewerber sei, von der Genehmigung des Umstrukturierungsplans für die SNCM und von deren Präsenz auf dem betreffenden Markt abhängig sei.
