The present version, on which the Commission's preliminary assessment is based, resulted from a supplementary agreement concluded in September 1998 which so far has been signed by twelve of these postal operators (Post Danmark, Finland Post, La Poste (France), Deutsche Post, Hellenic Posts ELTA, Iceland Post, Poste Italiane, Entreprise des Postes Télécommunications (Luxembourg), Norway Post, CTT Correios de Portugal, Sweden Post and The Post Office (United Kingdom)).
