The Association Committee, which will meet at the level of senior civil servants, will ensure continuity in the association relations and will address any such matters that may arise in the course of the day-to-day implementation of the Europe Agreement. 3. In today's meeting, the Slovak Republic and the European Union exchanged position papers, in which the Parties drew up a balance sheet of the development of their relations to date and outlined their ideas for the future.
Der Assoziationsausschuß, der auf der Ebene der hohen Beamten tagt, stellt die Kontinuität in den Assoziationsbeziehungen sicher und befaßt sich mit den Fragen, die sich bei der tagtäglichen Durchführung des Europa-Abkommens stellen können. 3. Auf der heutigen Tagung tauschten die Slowakische Republik und die Europäische Union Positionspapiere aus, in denen die Parteien in bezug auf die Entwicklung ihrer bisherigen Beziehungen Bilanz zogen und ihre Vorstellungen für die Zukunft darlegten.
