7. A planned shipment subject to the procedure of prior written notification and consent may take place only after the notification and movement documents have been completed pursuant to this Regulation, taking into account Articles 16(a) and 16(b), and during the period of validity of the written or tacit consents of all competent authorities concerned.
7. Eine geplante Verbringung, die dem Verfahren der vorherigen schriftlichen Notifizierung und Zustimmung unterliegt, kann erst erfolgen, nachdem die Notifizierungs- und Begleitformulare in Übereinstimmung mit dieser Verordnung gemäß Artikel 16 Buchstaben a und b ausgefüllt wurden, und nur so lange, wie die schriftlichen oder stillschweigenden Zustimmungen aller betroffenen zuständigen Behörden gültig sind.
