The visibility of the IPA assistance programmes and their impact on the citizens of the beneficiary countries is essential to ensure public awareness of EU action and to create a consistent image of the measures concerned in all beneficiary countries, in line with the action plan of the Commission ’Communicating Europe’, the white paper of the Commission on a European communication policy and the enlargement communication strategy for 2005 to 2009.
Sichtbarkeit der IPA-Hilfsprogramme und ihrer Auswirkungen auf die Bürger der begünstigten Länder ist unerlässlich, um im Einklang mit dem Aktionsplan der Kommission „Europa den Menschen vermitteln“, dem Weißbuch der Kommission über eine europäische Kommunikationspolitik und der Kommunikationsstrategie für die Erweiterung 2005-2009 zu gewährleisten, dass die Tätigkeit der Gemeinschaft von der Öffentlichkeit wahrgenommen wird, und in allen begünstigten Ländern ein einheitliches Bild von den betreffenden Maßnahmen zu vermitteln.
