41. ist der Ansicht, dass sich der für 2008 vorgesehene Bericht der Kommission an das Europäische Parlament und den Rat über die Möglichkeit eines auf der Einhaltung der Tierschutznormen basierenden, verbindlichen Etikettierungssystems für Geflügelfleisch und Geflügelfleischerzeugnisse insbesondere auf die Einhaltung von Tierschutznormen konzentrieren muss, die über den Mindestanforderungen liegen; ein Etikettierungsprogramm, das auf Normen über dem rechtlichen Minimum basiert, würde das anerkannte Problem von Verbrauchern lösen, die ein besonders tierschutzfreundliches Produkt kaufen möchten, es aber nicht im Geschäft erkennen können;
