The European Food Safety Authority (‘the Authority’) concluded in its opinion of 13 March 2013 (7) that, under the proposed conditions of use, the preparation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae MUCL 39885 does not have an adverse effect on animal health, human health or the environment and it has the potential to improve the final body weight, the feed to gain ratio and the average daily gain.
Die Europäische Behörde für Lebensmittelsicherheit („die Behörde“) kam in ihrem Gutachten vom 13. März 2013 (7) zu dem Schluss, dass sich Saccharomyces cerevisiae MUCL 39885 unter den vorgeschlagenen Verwendungsbedingungen nicht schädlich auf die Gesundheit von Tier und Mensch oder auf die Umwelt auswirkt und dass dieser Zusatzstoff das Endgewicht, die Futterverwertung und die durchschnittliche Gewichtszunahme pro Tag verbessern kann.
