The list of partners eligible for financial support under the thematic programme should be as broad as possible and include federal, national, provincial and local governments, their departments and agencies, municipalities, regional and international organisations and agencies, as well as non-governmental organisations or other non-State actors, research institutes, associations, social partners and public and private operators, both in the European Union and in the third countries, with the emphasis being placed on partnership between them.
Die Liste der für finanzielle Unterstützung aus dem thematischen Programm in Betracht kommenden Partner sollte so umfassend wie möglich sein und Regierungen von Drittländern auf Bundes-, Staats-, Provinz- Kommunal- und Lokalebene, ihre Dienststellen und Einrichtungen, regionale und internationale Organisationen und Agenturen sowie Nichtregierungsorganisationen oder andere nichtstaatliche Akteure, Forschungsinstitute, Verbände, Sozialpartner sowie öffentliche und private Wirtschaftsbeteiligte in der Europäischen Union und in Drittländern einschließen, wobei Nachdruck auf die Partnerschaft zwischen ihnen gelegt wird.
