Using complementarity between the areas of civil protection and humanitarian aid in particular, the training network could also develop expertise in sectors such as logistics, crisis communication, water, food, healthcare, public health, protection and shelter by building on capacity available through NOHA, academic humanitarian programmes in the Member States and on other training networking experiences, such as the European Group on Training (EGT).
Das Ausbildungsnetz könnte insbesondere die Komplementarität von Katastrophenschutz und humanitärer Hilfe nutzen und auch Fachkenntnisse in Bereichen wie Logistik, Kommunikation in Krisen, Wasser, Ernährung, Gesundheitswesen, Schutz und Unterbringung aufbauen, wobei es vom Aufbaustudiengang NOHA (Network on Humanitarian Assistance) und von anderen Ausbildungsnetzen, wie der Europäischen Gruppe für Ausbildung (European Group on Training - EGT), Gebrauch machen sollte.
