A minimum share for the ESF is established in Accordance with Article 84(3) of Regulation (EU) No [..]/2013 [CPR] . The ESF must in particular increase its support for the fight against social exclusion and poverty, through a minimum ring-fenced allocation of 20% of the whole ESF resources of each Member State .
