(23) In the implementation of Copernicus, the Commission should rely, where appropriate, on European intergovernmental organisations with whom it has already established partnerships, in particular ESA for the technical coordination of the Copernicus space component, the definition of its architecture, the development and procurement of space assets, data access and the operation of dedicated missions.
(23) Bei der Durchführung von Copernicus sollte die Kommission gegebenenfalls auf europäische zwischenstaatliche Organisationen zurückgreifen, mit denen sie bereits Partnerschaften eingegangen ist; dies betrifft insbesondere die ESA in Bezug auf die technische Koordinierung der Copernicus-Weltraumkomponente, die Definition ihrer Architektur, die Entwicklung und Beschaffung von Weltrauminfrastrukturen, den Datenzugang und die Durchführung von Copernicus-Missionen.
