Under the new Structural Fund rules, the Member States must appoint a managing authority for each programme. Its tasks cover the implementation, correct management and effectiveness of the programme (collection of statistical and financial data, preparation and transmission to the Commission of annual reports, organisation of the mid-term evaluation, etc.).
Gemäß der neuen Strukturfondsverordnung bezeichnen die Mitgliedstaaten für jedes Programm eine Verwaltungsbehörde, die für die Durchführung, die ordnungsgemäße Verwaltung und die Effizienz des Programms verantwortlich ist (Sammlung statistischer und finanzieller Angaben, Erstellung der Jahresberichte und deren Übermittlung an die Kommission, Organisation der Halbzeitbewertung usw.).
