They shall not be activated at a force of less than Dop = 1,2 · D* (when fitted at the control device) or at a force of less than Pop = 1,2 · P* or at a pressure of less than pop = 1,2 · p* (when fitted at the brake) where the force P* or the pressure p* corresponds to a braking force of B* = 0,5 · g · GBo (in the case of Classes C2 and C3 vehicles) and B* = 0,35 · g · GBo (in the case of Class C1 vehicles).
Dieser darf bei einer Kraft von weniger als Dop = 1,2×D* (wenn er an der Betätigungseinrichtung angebracht ist) oder bei einer Kraft von weniger als Pop = 1,2×P* oder bei einem Druck von weniger als pop = 1,2×p* (wenn er an der Bremse angebracht ist) nicht ansprechen; dabei entspricht die Kraft P* oder der Druck p* einer Bremskraft von B* = 0,5 · g · GBo (bei Fahrzeugen der Kategorie C2 und C3) und B* = 0,35 · g · GBo (bei Fahrzeugen der Kategorie C1).
