The GOP and the cooperating exporting producer reiterated their views that the Manufacturing Bond scheme is properly managed thanks to the existence of an effective implementation and monitoring system that records consumption/deduction and controls duty-free raw materials and the company’s actual consumption as per its total production records.
Die RP und der kooperierende ausführende Hersteller bekräftigten erneut, dass ihrer Auffassung nach die „Manufacturing Bond“-Regelung ordnungsgemäß verwaltet werde, da ein effizientes Anwendungs- und Überwachungssystem existiere, mit dem der Verbrauch/Ausgang erfasst und die zollfreien Rohstoffe sowie der tatsächliche Verbrauch des Unternehmens anhand seiner Aufzeichnungen über die Gesamtproduktion kontrolliert werde.
