Unless otherwise decided by the Council in accordance with the international obligations of the Community, fresh grapes, grape must, grape must in fermentation, concentrated grape must, rectified concentrated grape must, grape must with fermentation arrested by the addition of alcohol, grape juice, concentrated grape juice and wine, or mixtures of those products, originating in third countries, may not be turned into products referred to in Annex XIb or added to such products in the territory of the Community.
Vorbehaltlich einer abweichenden Entscheidung des Rates gemäß den internationalen Verpflichtungen der Gemeinschaft dürfen frische Weintrauben, Traubenmost, teilweise gegorener Traubenmost, konzentrierter Traubenmost, rektifiziertes Traubenmostkonzentrat, durch Zusatz von Alkohol stummgemachter Traubenmost, Traubensaft, konzentrierter Traubensaft und Wein oder Mischungen dieser Erzeugnisse mit Ursprung in Drittländern im Gebiet der Gemeinschaft weder zu in Anhang XIb genannten Erzeugnissen verarbeitet noch derartigen Erzeugnissen zugesetzt werden.
