(Festuca pratensis huds.), cocksfoot (Dactilis glomerata L.) and ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.) listed in Finland's national catalogue and which, except for small quantities cultivated in regions bordering on Finland, are produced solely in that Member State is compatible with the second paragraph of Article 8 of Regulation (EEC) No 2358/71 and is therefore

Die von Finnland im Rahmen der im Anhang genannten Flächen und Beträge vom 1. Januar 1996 bis 1998 ohne vorherige Genehmigung der Kommission gewährten Beihilfen für zertifiziertes Saatgut von Sorten der Arten Klee (Trifolium pratense L.), Lieschgras (Phleum pratense L.), Weidelgras (Festuca pratensis huds.), Knaulgras (Dactilis glomerata L.) und englisches Raygras (Lolium perenne L.), die im amtlichen Sortenkatalog Finnlands eingetragen sind und - von geringen Anbaumengen in benachbarten Gebieten abgesehen - nur dort angebaut werden, sind mit Artikel 8 Unterabsatz 2 der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 2358/71 vereinbar und werden daher genehmigt.
