C. whereas at the conference held in Parliament on 29 September 2015 on the theme of ‘Bringing heart failure into mainstream health policy’ the point was made that the key to such a serious disorder lies in prevention and anticipation, the object being not just to lower the resulting mortality rate, but above all to reduce patients’ hospital stays, as this would obviously lead to savings for public health services;
C. in der Erwägung, dass im Rahmen der Konferenz „Bringing heart failure into mainstream health policy“, die am 29. September 2015 im Europäischen Parlament stattgefunden hat, hervorgehoben wurde, wie wichtig Früherkennung und Diagnose bei einer so schweren Krankheit sind, vor allem aber auch, dass es darauf ankommt, dass Patienten stationär behandelt werden, damit nicht nur die Zahl der dadurch bedingten Todesfälle zurückgeht, sondern auch die offenkundigen Einsparungen im öffentlichen Gesundheitswesen erzielt werden;
