Considers that the 2015.eu agenda should aim at mainstreaming ICT for a low-carbon economy; calls for exploitation of ICT technologies to meet the 20-20-20 objectives of the Climate Change strategy; considers that the implementation of applications such as smart power grids, smart metering, smart mobility, smart cars, smart water management and e-health should be key initiatives of 2015.eu; points out also that the ICT sector footprint should be reduced by 50% by 2015;
59. ist der Ansicht, dass die Agenda 2015.eu zum Ziel haben sollte, die IKT zum Bestandteil einer Wirtschaft mit geringen CO2-Emissionen zu machen; fordert dazu auf, die IKT einzusetzen, um den Zielkomplex „20-20-20“ der Klimaschutz-Strategie zu erfüllen; vertritt die Auffassung, dass umzusetzende Anwendungen wie z. B.
intelligente Stromnetze, intelligente Messsysteme, intelligente Mobilität, intelligente Kraftfahrzeuge, intelligente Wasserbewirtschaftung und elektronische Gesundheitsdienste als Schlüsselinitiativen im Rahmen von „2015.eu“ zu betrachten sind; weist darauf hin, dass der „ökologische Fußabdruck“ des IKT-Bereichs bis 201
